SNOW STORM FIRE CALL AND TEAM EFFORT WITH THE POLICE AND DPW.

Around 10:50 am the USRFD received and responded to a fire call to the outer boarder in town off Lake streets. Chief Brusco pre planned a DPW snow plow assist to assure a timely response. At 5min I arrived at the Fire Department to see 2 plows doing the doughnuts in our lot that was recently plowed followed by them departing to the fire call home followed by our 1232 Engine.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure to keep our Apparatus and fire fighters on the road and not stuck in the snow.
Thank you for your Sunday morning help.
